General Information
Arriving at clinic indulge 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment for facial, body treatments or packages allows time to complete your consultation card without cutting into your treatment time. Unfortunately for those times when there is no way to avoid arriving late the allotted time will not be able to be changed so it is vitally important to be on time for all appointments, in an effort to avoid having your treatment time reduced and so that the client proceeding you is not left waiting.
OPENING HOURS
We are open Monday to Friday, with late nights every night, and all day Saturday. Just call for an appointment and we will endeavour to match opening times with your specific needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the high demand we often have to turn clients away so, we humbly request your assistance in giving us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We will always endeavour to rebook the space to avoid charging cancellation fees, but if this is not possible, the following charges may apply:
- For cancellations or changes of bookings of 30 minutes or longer within 24 hours, a 25% cancellation applies.
- For all bookings for 2 people or more and including bookings for packages, a credit card number is required to secure your booking and a 50% cancellation applies if cancelled or changed with 48 hours.
